 Breathing space: CALL 0800 83 85 87 is a free and confidential phone service for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16 experiencing low mood, depression and or anxiety Lines open 24hrs at weekends (Fri-Mon: 6pm-6am) and 6pm to 2am at other times (Mon-Thurs).

Things to try is a collection of resources to help support children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing, put together by Fife CAMHS. Some are aimed at children and young people, some are more for parents and carers, and some are designed for professionals who work with children and young people. 

Moodcafe

Moodcafe have produced and collated information and resources relevant to various common psychological problems including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Sexual abuse, Domestic Abuse, Eating Disorders, Self Harm and Bullying.

Andy's Man Club

A peer-to-peer support group for men over 18 to help them through life.  All groups meet every Monday at 7pm (except on bank holidays)

Women's Wellbeing Club

Women’s Wellbeing Clubs are Peer Support Groups run by volunteers at local venues Nationwide. Meetings are held every Tuesday evening between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
