Hi, I’m the Youth Worker here at Families First and work alongside Alison and Jan in Children’s Services. I can often be seen out and about with the young people in the community! I was a volunteer with Families First for four years before officially joining the team. I cannot wait to see what my future at Families First looks like!

Hi, I’ve been the Befriending Coordinator here at Families First since 2016, after many years working in the care sector. I love working with our team of dedicated and committed volunteers. They help to make Families First the success it is today. I’m inspired by everyone I meet through my work and feel honoured to be able to serve the community.

Transport Coordinator
Hello! I’m the Transport Coordinator here at Families First. My role is to organise transport to ensure that our children and young people can take part in the wide range of activities we offer. Most importantly, around Rose Lane, I am known for my delivery of homemade cakes and sausage rolls!

Finance Officer
Hi, I’m the Finance Officer. I deal with the day-to-day financial administration, work closely with the Manager on funding applications and provide financial reports to the Trustees. I love being part of the Families First team as we are all driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of the children and families we work with.

Office Manager
Hi, I’m the office manager within the business support team and have been with Families First since 2012. I began my role as a volunteer to get back into the workplace, and soon became an official member of the Families First team! I work with the team to ensure the smooth running of the office. I have a strong background in business administration and enjoy developing new ideas.
